The Skeleton Coast

This historical location is allocated in the Northern part of the Atlantic Ocean Coast of Namibia. The Skeleton Coast is known as being, “The biggest ship graveyard”. The name of this site was created by John Henry Marsh and it also came about because of the seal and whale bones that once were in a state of disarray on the shore. There were plentiful rusting ship hulls along the skeleton shore.

This magnificent site gives you first class viewing of this early tragedy and it has become one of the most popular tourist attractions.
